Hey there, I'm Jen!

I’ve spent nearly 15 years diving deep into the world of people, culture, and talent strategy. Basically, if it involves building better workplaces and helping people thrive, I’m all in! I’ve worked across a range of industries—manufacturing, logistics and supply chain, retail, education, government,  tech, corrections, and RPO—helping companies create kickass employee experiences and build talent strategies that actually work.

My Journey in People and Culture

Workplaces are a delicate balance between driving the business forward and keeping the human aspects at the core of everything you do.​ That’s where I come in.

I’ve built HR departments from the ground up, launched talent programs that actually move the needle, and developed employer branding and EVP strategies that attract and retain the right people. I’ve led intern and early career programs that convert talent into future hires, tackled L&D initiatives that drive real growth, and built and rebranded Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) so they truly resonate with employees.

I’m also an expert in engagement surveys, focus groups, and strategic hiring—because data-driven insights fuel thriving workplaces. And as a social media strategist, internal comms expert, and recruitment marketing pro, I know that storytelling is one of the keys to culture. I love to write and ideate in the design space because this allows me to do what I do best-- create!

Whether it’s through hiring strategies, culture-building initiatives, or strategic communications, my goal is always the same: make work a place where people thrive and watch the business flourish.

Beyond Work: Who I Am

When I’m not geeking out over all things work-related, you’ll find me in North Carolina, wrangling my mini farm of dogs, cats, chickens, and goats. (It’s chaos, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!)

Before all this, I was a Division I soccer player at NJIT, and that same competitive spirit fuels everything I do. I’m also an aspiring children’s book author, a lifelong learner, and a passionate coach—helping career professionals and neurodivergent individuals navigate their journeys with confidence.
